Time: 6:00 – 9:00PM 

Place: Beban Park Lounge 

This will be a cold potluck so we are asking you to bring a cold savoury or sweet dish. The dessert should be finger foods, such as cookies, squares, tarts, cupcakes, etc.  

There will be door prizes and a prize for the best tacky tourist costume the program for the evening will be: 

• 6:00 – 6:30 – Set-up & Socialize 
• 6:30 – 6:45 – President’s Welcome Message
• 6:45 – 7:30 – Dinner
• 7:30 – 8:00 – Year End Awards 
• 8:00 – 8:30 – Costume Prizes and Door Prizes 
• 8:30 – 9:00 – Clean-up

We are looking for volunteers to help with the set up, although the tables will all be set up we will have to set out the food and decorate the tables, and to clean up afterwards. Please indicate on the RSVP if you will be willing to do this.
