This years Season Opening Celebration will be held at Kinsman Shelter at Transfer Beach in Ladysmith.  The Kinsman Shelter is the large shelter across from the parking lot, between the basketball and volleyball courts and the washrooms. 

Transfer Beach is a scenic park that features many activities. It is located just east of the Ladysmith downtown core, across the Trans Canada Highway.

3:30 – 3:45 – Mingle Game 

3:45 – 4:00 – Announcements 

4:00 – 5:30 – Scavenger Hunt 

4:30 – 5:00 – Picnic – BYOP  

5:00 – 5:30 – Socialize, Desert and Door Prizes

5:30 – 6:00 Clean Up 

Beverages, snacks & dessert will be provided by the club but it is up to you to Bring Your Own Picnic (BYOP). Also bring your own chair so you can sit down and relax after the festivities.
