There are many arguments about whether white is a colour, and I don’t have an answer, but the objective of this challenge is to make a photograph where white plays a part of the composition. The photographs can be colour or black and white, and although the white portion does not have to be the main subject is has to contribute in a basic way.

What is it? Photograph of the Week (POW) is a weekly challenge to get your creativity flowing and your shutters clicking. 

How does it work? Each Sunday, I will send you a topic and you will take a photograph of something that interprets that topic for you and post it on our Facebook page during that week. It can be a literal interpretation or something more abstract. How you go about doing this is totally up to you, you can head outside or stay home, there are no rules. The one thing I do ask is that the picture(s) you post is either taken or edited in that week, remember this is meant to keep your creative juices flowing.
