Location: Approximately 45 minutes from Nanaimo off the Maple Bay Rd. 

It is a dystopian ambience; the disarray of what was a lovely house, the ruin, and the graffiti. There are mixed stories about this house and the surrounding structures: pool house, mill, barn, greenhouse etc… Well within walking distance, is a waterfall that may capture your imagination. Although the organisers have not been to the falls they have been told that it is an easy hike to get there. 

Parking at this site is limited, so carpooling is advised, we will meet at the Southgate parking lot near Timmy’s at 8:30AM to get organised.

• Due to broken glass, participants must wear good waling shoes. 
• There are no washrooms on site.
• A walking stick and flashlight may be useful.
• We do not recommend you enter the house.
