Evening Program

5:30 – 6:00  Set-up 

6:00 – 7:00 Dinner & Dessert 

7:00 – 7:30 Awards Show 

7:30 – 8:00 Awards Presentation 

8:00 – 8:30 Clean Up 

Volunteers will be required for the set-up and clean up, please indicate whether you will be able to assist us on the RSVP form. 

RSVP is required to ensure we have enough Pizza and Ice Cream, please complete the RSVP form if you are planning on attending.
