The Harbour City Photography Club has the pleasure of hosting a free presentation by David duChemin.

Light, Space and Time: Camera Craft and Creativity 

The most significant challenges for the photographer are not usually technical but creative. Learning to see in the same way the camera does, and to think in the same language as the camera speaks, is one such challenge. We rely on imagination more than intuition. It is not primarily the way we use a camera that distinguishes our work, but how we think and feel. Photographer, teacher and best-selling author David deChemin explores the place of the human behind the camera in the act of picture-making, and he does so with the inspiring heart, soul, and voice that he has brought to his many best-selling books. This session will teach not only how to make stronger photographs but inspire you to make those photographs more powerfully your own. 

The presentation, including question and answer will be 90 minutes. You will have time to chat with David and view his newest book.
