FOTO FUSION is an exhibit of the best works of members of the Harbour City Photography Club to showcase our images in the community. Within this exhibition we expect a range of styles and creativity and technically executed images. FOTO FUSION is a non-competitive print display to celebrate the passion and achievement of our members and to promote the enjoyment and appreciation of photography in the wider community.
Members may enter only one image initially; a call for seconds will be made if space permits.
Prints must be a minimum of 8 x 10 inches or a maximum of 16 x 20 inches, including frame.
They may be matted and framed, metal, canvas, or wood laminate. Framed photos may be with or without glass.
Hanging hardware must include picture wire that is fastened with “D” fasteners.

Title of the image
Size of the image when framed
Selling price, if applicable (No commission charged)
Contact information for potential buyer (Private transaction)
This information must appear on the back of your print and will be used by the gallery staff to create labels for each photograph.
The Museum reserves the right of selection.
Gallery hours are Monday – Saturday, 10 – 5; No charge for admission
February 1: Indicate your commitment to enter the exhibit to Ron Meginbir firstname.lastname@example.org
February 7: Call for second image if space permits, or a lottery if more entries are received than can be displayed.
February 14: Gallery staff creates labels for each photograph
February 22: Prints must be delivered in person to the Museum between 10 am and 2 pm
March 31: Prints must be picked up between 10 am and 2 pm
Caveat: The Harbour City Photography Club and the Nanaimo Museum will not
be held liable for prints. Owners are responsible for their own insurance if they so desire.
